In an ORC survey we found that Millennials are most eager for transparency when managing their healthcare. They ranked lack of price transparency on equal footing with affordability as the most pressing issues they face. Millennials were also significantly more likely to face issues managing their healthcare as compared to those 55 and older.
As patients continue to assume more out of pocket costs, they’re playing a more direct role as educated healthcare consumers.
