With a view to finding what constitutes a workplace where everybody wins, we undertook our 7th annual Global Perspectives survey. We surveyed over 8,000 employees from across the globe to understand how they feel about their employee experience and what really engages them.

Employers in Asia Pacific felt that the opportunities for career development and flexibility of working arrangements may attract an employee to join their existing or future organisations. But we found that there are other key areas that employers should also focus to continuously engage employees within the organisation.
