With a view to finding what constitutes a workplace where everybody wins, we undertook our 7th annual Global Perspectives survey. We surveyed over 8,000 employees from across the globe to understand how they feel about their employee experience and what really engages them.

Employers in Asia Pacific felt that the opportunities for career development and flexibility of working arrangements may attract an employee to join their existing or future organisations. But we found that there are other key areas that employers should also focus to continuously engage employees within the organisation.

Designed for senior HR executives, our event will reveal 10 key ingredients for a winning company, which will help inspire success within your organisation. The industry experts on the panel, Paul Roa, Director of Corporate Quality Improvement, Shangri-La and Alexander de Laiglesia, President, Dale Carnegie Training, will then join in to discuss implications of these findings to companies in the region.
